Only jobs with a budget of over $1000 can be posted as a B2B post.  B2B posts receive a seal that set them apart from other job posts on Elance and can be filtered in search results. In addition, participation is limited to those service providers that have a large business membership. Providers also pay a premium to gain access to B2B postings ensuring a higher standard for proposal quality.
