When Does Elance Archive and Delete Job Data?

<p>Elance will automatically delete the following job data:</p>
<ul>
<li> For providers, jobs that have not been awarded 90 days after the job has been closed and in the 'Hiring Ended' list.</li>
<li> For providers, job invitations that haven't been accepted 90 days after the invitation has been sent and in the 'My Invites' list.</li>
<li> For providers, declined job invitations are removed from the 'My Invites' list immediately.</li>
</ul>
<p><br />Elance will automatically archive the following job data:</p>
<ul>
<li> For employers and providers, awarded jobs that haven't had any activity (eg. payments, Messages updates, etc.) in 12 months. </li>
</ul>
<p><br /><strong>Note:</strong> For providers, if you accidentally delete a project and then it is awarded to you, the job will return to your 'Finalizing Terms' list.<br /><br /> </p>
