What are Payment System Messages?

Timesheets that require manual approval by the client

  • Indicates that the Timesheets must be approved by your Client before the displayed date.

  • Payment for Timesheets are due by the following Friday after timesheets are submitted.

Timesheets that are scheduled for Auto-Pay

  • Indicates that the Timesheets will be paid automatically on the displayed date.

Timesheets that are overdue

  • Indicates that the payment for the Timesheet is overdue. If the Client agrees with the submitted Timesheet, payment should be made immediately.
