On a Timesheet, the hours worked are broken into two categories, Work View and Other.
Work View hours are hours that are logged using the Tracker tool. Tracker is a productivity tool used to help you track time spent on individual jobs and populates tracked hours into the job's Timesheet . Using the Tracker tool is optional; however, if your Client requests Work View, and they dispute hours that are not documented with Work View, all non Work View hours will be removed from the timesheet without question.
Other Hours refers to hours entered manually into your Timesheet, which have not been logged using Tracker.
To add Other Hours to a Timesheet
To send a Timesheet to your Client for an Hourly job, log in to your account and follow the steps below:
Go to the Manage tab in the top navigation bar and then select Billing from the drop down list.
Next, click on the Send Invoice link on the second row of the left navigation bar.
Select the job you want to send an invoice for and click the Next button.
Click the Send Timesheet button.
On the Timesheet page, fill in the necessary fields. Under Hours, enter any additional hours and then click Submit.
