Contact information in proposals

Contact information cannot be listed in your proposal or in the Workroom Message Board.  Contact information includes any of the following:

  1. Skype ID or other Instant Message ID
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
  4. Company or Personal Website Address

Once the client initiates contact with you after submitting your proposal, you are welcome to exchange contact information.
