How do I hire multiple freelancers from one job post?

If you would like to hire multiple Freelancers from one job post, please log in and follow the steps below:

  1. Click My Elance in the top left of the navigation bar.

  2. Click on the job name.

  3. Scroll down and choose the first Freelancer you wish to hire by clicking the green Select button to the right of their proposal.

  4. Make sure the box next to “After I award, keep the job open so more candidates can apply” is ticked and proceed with hiring by either clicking Confirm or Edit Terms, if changes need to be made.

  5. Once you have completed hiring your first Freelancer, click My Elance from the top left the page.

  6. Click on the title of your job post and for the second (or third, etc.) Freelancer you wish to hire, repeat the selection process.

You may repeat this process as many times as you like to hire multiple Freelancers from the same job post. A private Workroom will be created for each Freelancer you hire.

Note:  You may still hire multiple Freelancers for your job post even if the posting was closed with your first hire. To do so, first click the working job title from you My Jobs page. Next, from within the job’s Workroom, click the Proposals link from the left. From here, you can scroll to the proposal of the Freelancer you’d like to hire and repeat the selection process.
